These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Boostify Live, including our web application, tools, traffic-exchange features, campaigns, digital coins, memberships, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing or using a paid feature, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Boostify Live Is — and Is Not
Boostify Live is an independent software and creator-promotion platform. It provides tools for content discovery, campaign participation, digital credits, and analytics. Boostify Live is not YouTube, Google, or any other third-party platform, and is not sponsored, endorsed, operated by, or affiliated with them.
Boostify Live does not sell a contractual quantity of YouTube views, likes, comments, or subscribers. A purchase from Boostify Live is for the digital coins, membership access, or features described at checkout. This does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, count, or monetize the activity.
2. Third-Party Platforms
Some Service functions interact with third-party platforms like YouTube. By using a Boostify Live feature that uses such services, you agree to be bound by their Terms of Service. You are responsible for reviewing the rules of every third-party platform you use.
You must not use Boostify Live to deceive advertisers, manipulate advertising revenue, evade platform enforcement, impersonate others, distribute spam, or violate a third-party platform's terms.
3. Campaigns and Participation
The system allows account holders to allocate coins to campaigns and participating users to earn coins for qualifying activity. Boostify Live does not warrant that campaign activity is compliant with every third-party policy or will be counted as valid engagement by external platforms.
Participants must not use bots, scripts, farms, emulators, or other methods intended to defeat Boostify Live or third-party validation systems.
4. Coins and Balances
Boostify Live coins are internal digital units used within the Service. They are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, or stored-value money and have no cash-redemption value. Purchasing coins does not purchase a specified number of external metrics.
5. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You may not create duplicate accounts to evade limits or restrictions. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
6. Payments and Refunds
Prices, taxes, and items purchased are those presented at checkout. Refund requests for directly purchased coins may be considered if the balance is unused and the request is made within 24 hours of purchase, subject to provider rules.
7. No Guarantee of Results
The Service provides software functionality and internal digital credits—not guaranteed external outcomes. Boostify Live does not guarantee any minimum number of views, subscribers, likes, rankings, or retention of third-party metrics.
